个人简历

姜峰,管理学博士,讲师。主要研究方向为人力资源管理、组织行为学及员工绩效管理。近年来,在Frontiers in Psychology、Current Psychology等国际期刊发表论文7篇,其中SSCI论文4篇,KCI论文3篇。研究成果聚焦领导力、工作重塑与员工行为机制,具有扎实的理论与实证基础。
