郭咏荃，管理学博士，讲师。主要研究方向为科技与创新管理、创新创业管理。近年来，参与横向委托项目10余项；在《Mathematical Problems in Engineering》、《International Journal of Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics》等国内外杂志公开发表学术论文近10篇；主要讲授课程有管理信息系统、数据库原理、管理学等课程。
